This home was originally an eyesore for the wonderful neighborhood of North Park. Located two blocks from the loved Balboa Park, the original 950 square feet home was in complete disrepair.

Our team took the challenge to make this home full of charm and modern comforts. Our architect designed a new 80 square feet front porch, with its clay tile roof and saltillo floor to make the home fit the neighborhood and enhance it. Then 1350 square feet were added on the back of the house with a 480 s.f. deck and trellis. Furthermore a large 480 s.f. garage was built.

Key design elements are the California revival style, the custom built-in cabinetry throughout the interior and the high ceilings. Overall a comfortable family home in one of the most desirable and centrally located neighborhood in San Diego.
